It has been tested and is working. There are some issues but nothing that affects its use. Sometimes when loading a CD by pressing the eject button it will start playing immediately without pressing the play button.

There are other times when the play button will need to be pressed a few times to start playing. These issues are completely random but I wanted to list them so you know when purchasing. I never had a problem playing a CD with this player. The player is in good condition but has some scratches on the front and top. The remote is NOT included.
